Terms and conditions

Rental Requirements

  • Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license

  • Driver verification, signed rental agreement, and payment required before pickup/delivery

  • Deposits refunded post-inspection (minus any fees or damages)

  • Optional insurance or proof of coverage required

Extras & Fees

  • 🧼 Cleaning Fee – $35 (mandatory)

  • 🚗 Delivery – $100 (within 20 miles)

  • 🛡 Optional Insurance – $25/day

  • ⛽ Fuel must match pickup level

  • 🚭 No smoking or vaping ($250 fee)

  • ⏰ Late Fee – $25/hour after 1-hour grace

  • 💳 Deposit refunded 48–72 hours after inspection

Rental Policy

  • Valid ID

  • Full payment due at time of booking

  • Maximum of 4 guests

  • Damage beyond normal use is the guest’s responsibility

  • Flexible/moderate cancellation policy (TBD)

  • Pet fee and cleaning fee included in nightly rate

  • Weekly discount options available for stays of 7+ nights

All sales are final unless otherwise specified in the individual rental or booking agreement.Cancellations 48 hours or more before the scheduled pickup/check-in → eligible for a partial refund (minus processing fees).
Cancellations within 48 hours → non-refundable.
Security deposits are refundable within 5–7 business days after inspection, provided there are no damages, excess cleaning fees, or policy violations.
No-shows or early departures are non-refundable.All refunds are processed to the original form of payment only.For questions, email [email protected] with your booking ID and date.

House Rules

  • No parties or events

  • No smoking inside ($250 fee applies)

  • No unauthorized guests

  • Pet-friendly with disclosure

  • Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM

  • Check-in: 3 PM | Check-out: 11 AM

  • Lost key/fob fee: $100

  • Respect the space and report any damage immediately
